Rachael oversees sales across platforms for Beauty, Retail, Personal Care, CPG and Pharma.

Prior to joining BDG in April 2021, Rachael has held key roles at Penske Media Corporation and Time Inc.

Rachael has over 10 years of experience with the world’s largest Beauty brands, and has grown the Beauty business to be the largest revenue producing category at BDG.

Rachael resides in Connecticut with her husband and son.
