Lindsay Leaf is an award-winning marketing executive with over two decades of experience leading brand, experiential, and content strategy across some of the industry’s most influential media companies. As EVP of Brand Marketing & Experiential at BDG, she built the company’s experiential practice from the ground up and oversees all brand positioning, integrated marketing and execution of BDG’s live events across its portfolio of culture-defining brands.

Her career spans key leadership roles at Group Nine Media, POPSUGAR, Condé Nast, and Hearst, where she has consistently driven innovation at the intersection of content and experience. Earlier in her career, Lindsay held senior marketing and experiential roles at Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and Teen Vogue, as well as with boutique creative agencies including David Stark Production and Design and Swell Productions—building a foundation in creative production, brand storytelling, and event innovation.

Lindsay’s work has gained broad industry acclaim, earning accolades such as Adweek’s Hottest in Events (2024, for NYLON), Digiday’s Best Event finalist (2023), and multiple awards for the groundbreaking NowThis Next platform—including honors from the Drum Awards, the Shorty Awards, and the Streamys. She has also been recognized as Chief Marketer’s Marketer of the Year, Conde Nast Marketer of the year, and a multi-time winner of TEEN VOGUE Marketer of the Year.
