Emily is a seasoned creative executive and digital marketing strategist who leads the award-winning in-house creative agency BDG Studios. With over two decades of experience in advertising and branded content, she has orchestrated the transformation of how major brands connect with digital audiences. Under her stewardship, BDG Studios has garnered prestigious industry recognition, including Digiday's Content Marketing Partner of the Year (2024), Digiday’s Most Innovative Use of Content (2025) and a Webby Award for Branded Content (2023). Before BDG, she served as Executive Director of Content & Creative at The Foundry, Time Inc.’s branded content division, following creative leadership roles at InStyle, Gourmet, and GQ.
